Things learnt:

• How to make fire
• Playing in the playground with new and old friends
• In the iron age people made weapons like knives and swords out of iron.
• The staff explained how they made their houses, and how the roofs were cleverly designed to keep the rain out, but also how to let the smoke from their fires vent safely.
• We milled corn and added water to make flour using a machine and then we made bread over the fire.
