I do sums every day on my whiteboard. For basic sums I use my fingers or my abacus. For more complicated sums I sometimes use my calculator.

We usually do a mixture of addition, subtraction and multiplication.

This week daddy has been teaching me another way to do addition by writing the numbers underneath each other. When the column adds up to more than 10 then you carry over the 1 to the next column.
