Today I watched a really interesting video on YouTube by Dr. Plants that taught me lots about ostriches.

Things learnt:

• ostriches can’t fly, but they have still have enormous wings, their wing span is about 6.5ft.
• they are really big, taller than an adult person. On average they are 7-9ft tall.
• ostriches only have 2 toes, like a camel
• ostriches assume that the first thing they see that moves after they are born, is their mummy.
