I’ve been listening to lots of Roald Dahl books on my yoto. I’ve learnt lots of new words from listening to these stories.

I like the Twits as they play lots of practical jokes on each other. I also like the Roly Poly bird and how he saves the monkeys. I find it sad at the end when no one is upset that they have died.

I like The BFG because it is exciting. I like all the words that Roald Dahl makes up, even though I know they aren’t real words I do understand what they mean and that is very clever.

I’m glad the big giants are caught as they were mean and liked eating people.
