We have two parrots, an African Grey called Lenny and an eclectus parrot called Rosie. Today, I decided to create a book about how they met.

I had no help, I used the die cutting machine to cut out two parrot shapes, which I coloured in. I hand drew from memory the other two pictures. I held my book together using washi tape with a bird pattern.

The story shows Rosie sitting on a branch, then Lenny flew in and said hello. They became friends and flew away together.
