We are very fortunate to have our own pond. It is alive with wildlife and this time of year it’s filled with frogspawn.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be watching these guys develop into tadpoles and then eventually into frogs.

Today I learnt what adjectives are, as mum asked me to describe how the frogspawn felt. Adjectives that could be used are slippery, wet and slimy.
